I'm loving this Saturday morning. Echoes of the holidays, when I was able to lie in bed and not worry about having to be somewhere at a certain time. The girls stayed in the spare bedroom last night. They were so excited to be sharing a "big bed" AND watch a movie. Kind of like a little sleep over party just for them. As a result they've woken up in chipper moods and are playing beautifully with their Sylvanian families, making playgrounds for them out of lego and toilet roll holders. I was thinking of heading into Mudgee for the Farmers Markets to pick up some Gingle mil wine. However it's looking a bit drab outside today. Perfect weather for drinking lots of tea and painting.
Enjoy the weekend folks.

So you weren't dragging 4 children out of their school holiday beds for athletics this morning then?? I just re-did my bedroom & love it all over again, except the fact my husband has recently left for 9 months of war, so i miss him. Love Posie
Such a welcoming, comfy looking bedroom! Sounds like you have a nice Saturday planned. It's sunny skies here so I'm going to sit outside with my feet up and do some blog browsing x
Sounds like the perfect day. It's all grey and rainy here, but I am stuck at work (sneaking a look on the computer). Have fun!
ps love the pic
Oh the little sleepover sounds just gorgeous and I used to have Sylvanian Family figurines, I loved them! I had no idea they were still around, I'd love to be able to track down my old collection.
Whatever you ended up doing, I hope it was fun and relaxing. Also hope the dark skies cleared... like they did here. Always makes for a nice afternoon, when the sun decides to make an appearance :o) xo
