An empty nest

My tweets have all been snaffled up by a beautiful shop in Mudgee called "Forget me not". It's a lovely florist that also sells beautiful handmade chocolates. I know I should be over the moon but I can't help but feel a little sad that they're no longer here :(

I'm being silly I know. Since making the decision to no longer participate in the market scene or The Stitches and Craft Show, I've developed a fresh love for my little creations. I now have the time to really sit back and enjoy what I'm doing. I became quite fond of my growing tweet family!

I'll just have to make more now won't I?

Good night my lovelies, I'm off to tuck the girls into bed....one wearing a pair of new white shoes, bought today and that she refuses to take off. Completely understandable.

A new passion of Amelias

Amelia has discovered the art of face painting. It started with drawing on her sister with my watercolour pencils (I let them use these as they can easily be cleaned off walls, something Haidee does alot) and last night she worked on me. It's a rainbow butterfly and not a bad one at that!

Refreshed and ready

I have just arrived home from a glorious holiday at Lake Tabourie. The rain stayed away and we were blessed with days spent on the most beautiful beaches. I can't wait to go back!

A little holiday

Well, the time has come for us to set off to the South Coast for our first camping trip as a family. I was hoping for a little more sunshine but what can you do?

I still have more items to list on etsy (including the one above) and will now have to do so when I get back. It can be quite time consuming and I've had alot to organize. It won't be too much longer...promise ;)

Happy Easter

Hello my lovelies! It's been a while since i have posted and I humbly apologize. I've been very busy leading up to Easter. I've had a birthday, lots of visitors and I have recently become President of our local playgroup so unfortunately my blog has been set aside. I just wanted to wish you all a wonderful Easter. I implore you to please be safe on our roads and remember the true meaning of Easter, not just the chocolate (however wonderful it is......especially the speckled eggs *sigh*).
