Nursing Necklaces
I was inspired to create these as i was having difficulty with breast feeding Haidee. She kept sticking her fingers up my nose and clawing at my chest. I had heard of the concept of a nursing necklace but the only ones available were beaded and presented alot of safety issues. So i gathered all my felt and buttons and went to work. The end result was charming. They are all handstitched by myself and are suspended by a silk chord that is length adjustable. They are textural and vibrant and babies just love them! They are also handy to wear at parties or shopping etc. to distract your baby while you mingle or shop!

Oh they are amazing! Love the idea of felt . . beads are way to scary for little people!!
Are you selling them?? And also the birdies . . they are soo pretty and would look devine hanging from daughters ceiling!
I do sell them.they are $28 each and the tweety twigs are made to order. I usually send the client some fabric and ribbon samples and we go from there. Thankyou for your kind words! xxxxxxxxxxx
They're lovely..even for people who are not nursing. What a great alternative to a traditional necklace.
