Question time

I was recently tagged by Sandra from "The Surly Seamstress" to answer a few questions that I have happily answered (although rather badly). So here goes....

Which pattern/vintage style have you been thinking about lately?

I’m not one for focusing on patterns, infact I’m hopeless with them and never use them in any of my sewing. I have however collected the odd vintage pattern from the 70’s, mainly because I like the pictures on the front.

What is one place that you really want to visit that you haven’t been to before?

There are so many, I’ve never traveled overseas and want to see everything when the time allows but if we are talking about a specific place….. I would LOVE to go to Dollywood.

What are your favourite / least favourite words? These can be connected to sewing or not!

Favourite word: soliloquy…because it feels good say

Least favourite word: specific…because there are so many who screw up the pronounciation

If you had to spend 3 consecutive days on the same train, who would you want with you and why?

What’s your “desert island” book/movie and why could you read/watch it over and over?

Book would have to be “The Law of Love” by Laura Esquival. I’ve read it quite a few times and always enjoyed the richness of her words. As for a movie? Not sure…..Blue Lagoon???

What garment/accessory do you wear the most?

Scarves and earrings

What wouldn’t you be caught dead in?

A G-string. I have learnt to love and accept the full brief .
